In order to do proper planning and allocate space to applicants, we have a non refundable policy for the $100 application fee. Allocation will be done in the order of application receipts to applicants meeting the entrance criteria. If too many applications are received, unplaced applicants have the option to have their application fees returned or to be placed on a waiting list. Fees will be returned within fourteen days of course commencement. Should the fees be returned, then the applicant will lose his/her priority on the waiting list and if the applicant wishes to apply for course enrolment at some future date, then the application process and fee payment has to be repeated. Alternatively, if the applicant wishes to retain priority on the waiting list, the paid fee will ensure his/her priority over any new future applications.

In the event of a course being cancelled, the full amount of application fee(s) and course fee(s) will be repaid to students.
